EURAMI audits aero-medical transport providers of every type: rotary, fixed wing air ambulance and commercial airline medical escort. They award accreditation to companies demonstrating excellence in aero-medical operations, safety and quality; providing clients with essential assurance in a time of need.
There are 20 EURAMI accredited operators in Europe and we work with them all. We also work with leading ground ambulance and medical repatriation providers. We’re proud to offer a full bed-to-bed service, including medically qualified escorts, to assist patients throughout their journey.
Depending on the situation, we can offer a range of air ambulances. Specially configured light jets such as the Lear 31/35 or Beechjet offer room for an incumbent stretchered patient, accompanying physician and ICU nurse. These aircraft are usually fully fitted for intensive care patients and offer a flight time of up to 3.5hrs.
Larger ‘super midsize’ aircraft offer a longer range with more cabin space. Some specially configured Challenger aircraft can fly up to 7 hours, with room for medical staff, patients and accompanying family members.
Respirators, defibrillators, ECG monitors and pacemakers are usually supplied as standard. Special equipment such as cardiac support pumps, ultrasound and incubation systems can also be provided as required.

OBC (On Board Courier) Services
If you have an urgent or delicate consignment that requires the utmost care and urgency, we appreciate every minute matters in a logistical crisis.
We’ve partnered with a global network of couriers to provide Onboard Courier (OBC) services, using private charter or scheduled passenger flights for swift delivery of small items. Hazardous materials are not permitted for this service, but we can convey items such as automotive components, aerospace parts, confidential documents, electronics, fashion items, or medical samples. For temperature-sensitive shipments, we offer cooling equipment.
