With over 30 years of experience across charter brokering, compliance, and sales leadership, Volker brings unparalleled industry knowledge that will help us serve our expanding portfolio of corporate and high-net-worth clients. His deep understanding of business aviation perfectly complements our high-touch, personal approach to service.

Volker’s career includes senior sales leadership at ARGUS International, where he oversaw air carrier and business aviation activities across the EMEA region and helped develop the Certified Air Charter Broker Program, promoting transparency and professional standards in the sector. He also founded and led Aviation Charter Ltd for nearly a decade, building long-term client relationships through tailored charter solutions. As a respected industry figure, Volker has served as Deputy Chairman and Council Member of BACA (now The Air Charter Association), helping shape training, accreditation, and transparency initiatives that continue to elevate the sector today.

At the same time, we are proud to promote Giovanni (Gio) Manzella from Operations Manager to Head of Operations.
