What is your role at Equinox Charter?

As a Senior Operations Executive, I assist in coordinating each flight from the point of confirmation through to wheels down, ensuring every detail is handled seamlessly. I serve as one of the client’s primary points of contact, working closely with them and our sales team to deliver a smooth experience and consistently high level of service.

Can you tell us about your professional background and what led you to this role at Equinox Charter?

I have worked in the aviation operational environment for the past seven years, beginning my career at London Gatwick Airport. During this time, I steadily progressed into the role of Duty Manager for a large airline, where I developed strong leadership, decision-making, and operational management skills within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

Alongside my operational growth, I have always had a particular interest in private charter aviation. This passion led me to transition into an operational role within a private jet brokerage, where I gained valuable insight into the private aviation sector, including client management, charter coordination, and the high standards required in this niche market.

Equinox stood out to me as a forward-thinking and highly respected company within the industry. Its reputation for professionalism and excellence is what inspired me to apply for the role. I am excited by the opportunity to bring my operational expertise, industry knowledge, and passion for private aviation to Equinox and contribute to its continued success.

What will your role involve, and how does it support clients and partners?

My role, in a nutshell, is to ensure that every client’s experience with us is truly exceptional. We are committed to making the entire journey seamless and stress-free, supported by clear communication, 24-hour operational cover, and a dedicated, hardworking team.

We manage every aspect of the flight process from detailed weather monitoring to aircraft checks to bespoke, personalised touches, ensuring each trip operates smoothly from start to finish. Our focus is always on precision, reliability, and delivering a service our clients can trust time and time again.

What do you see as the most important factors in delivering an excellent charter experience?

Impeccable service standards, attention to detail, seamless logistics and operational excellence, clear communication, and creating unforgettable experiences.

What is your favourite aircraft?

A380. It’s the largest passenger airliner - equal to the size of three tennis courts, quite incredible!

Who or what do you consider your biggest support system or “family”?

My biggest support system is my lovely sister. We share a genuine love for jets and aviation, and she constantly encourages and challenges me to push myself further. Having someone who understands the industry and shares the same enthusiasm motivates me every day to strive to be better, both personally and professionally.
